Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation N00024-27-R-5002 for the execution of the USS DONALD COOK (DDG 75) FY27 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). This availability include all labor, supervision, facilities, equipment, production, testing and quality assurance necessary to prepare for and accomplish the CNO Availability. The CNO Availability will require highly capable contractors with substantial facilities, including dry dock, pier and human resources capable of completing, coordinating and integrating multiple areas of ship maintenance, repair and modernization of an Arleigh Burke-class (DDG) Aegis guided missile destroyer class ship for the United States Navy. This availability is being competed on a coast wide basis (East and Gulf coasts), without limiting the place of performance to the ships homeport. This is expected to be awarded as one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE and interested offerors should monitor the PIEE/SAM.gov page for any applicable solicitation amendments, thereafter. This posting does not include relevant J Attachments. Potential offerors will need to request access to all J Attachments by providing a written request to the Contract Specialist, Meghan Walsh, at meghan.k.walsh4.civ@us.navy.mil and the Contracting Officer, Brian Romano, at brian.c.romano.civ@us.navy.mil. Include your company SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number with the request so that contractor status can be confirmed in the System for Award Management. These attachments will be transmitted via DoD SAFE. To receive access to Attachment J-2 (Work Item Plans, Drawings and Other References), provide a written request to the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) Technical Librarian to arrange access, ensuring to copy the PCO and CS on the email. Please send requests to SERMC_MYPT_Code_400_PCO@us.navy.mil.
