Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a free 14-day trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.

Monthly plan

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for, and you keep getting emails until then. We don't give partial refunds for unused days.

Annual plan

If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of your first annual charge for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime; you keep getting emails until the end of the paid year, and the plan won't renew. We don't give partial refunds for unused months.

Our mistakes

If you were charged after you canceled, or charged twice, we'll refund the extra charge in full. If our service fails to send your email for 3 or more weekdays in a billing period, ask us and we'll credit or refund that period in proportion.

How to ask

Email jake@yiafirm.com from your subscription email address. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
