Effective date: October 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Yia, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Yia | Contract Alerts, located at 117 S Lexington Street, Suite 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701 ("we", "us"). By starting a trial or subscription, you agree to them.
Yia | Contract Alerts sends a daily email listing federal contract opportunities published on SAM.gov that may fit your business. Each item includes a summary and a fit score written with the help of artificial intelligence. We also publish public web pages that list open opportunities.
You give us an email address and a profile (industry codes, locations, certifications, keywords and a short business description). Keep it accurate. You're responsible for your own eligibility and certifications; listing a certification you don't hold doesn't make you eligible for a set-aside.
Each subscription is for one business and one recipient email address. Don't resell, republish or redistribute the emails.
Cancel anytime from the "Billing" link in any email (Stripe's customer portal), or by unsubscribing. Unsubscribing stops all emails right away and cancels renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Don't attempt to access other subscribers' data, interfere with the service, scrape our site at abusive rates, or use the service to break any law.
SAM.gov notices are public information. Our summaries, scores, page designs and software belong to us. You may use the emails for your own business's bidding decisions.
We may change features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost contracts or lost bids, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Missouri law governs these terms. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cass County, Missouri, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
