The hour and date specified for reciept of offers has been extended to 4:00pm est on 15 October 2026. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of this ammendment is to incorporate NAVSUP WSS local text WSSTERMHZ12. This requirement requires access to NOFORN and/or Naval Nuclear PropulsionInfomation.
