This is a VISN 04 requirement for advanced testing and monitoring of coagulation conditions. There are nine (9) VA Medical Centers which will participate in the usage. Facility POC information will be disclosed upon award. This solicitation is being amended to extend the solicitation, correct conflicting contracting vehicle information, and edit the PWS and CLIN information.
