Vessel: USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52) Solicitation Number: N6264927QL003 Requirement: Voyage Repair Availability Issue Date of Solicitation: 27 October 2026 Period of Performance: December 2026 Location: Subic Bay, Philippines Offers will be received until: 09 November 2026, 10:00 AM (Singapore Standard Time) Attached is the only the Solicitation and the Work Item Index Report for reference. *** INTERESTED CONTRACTORS MUST REQUEST THE COMPLETE PACKAGE TO INCLUDE the solicitation attachments J-1 Work Item Specification; J-2 Contractor Price Breakdown; and J-3 Form W-14/Instruction will to be sent separately via DODSAFE, due to data size and email attachment restrictions. *** Please email your request and inquiries to Gerry Polohanan, Contracting Officer, at e-mail address: gerry.c.polohanan.civ@us.navy.mil. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. Prerequisites - Award of a contract resulting from this solicitation must have a current/updated registration in System for Awards Management (SAM). Firms with inactive or no SAM registration will not be considered for award.
