Amendment to Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Changes to PWS 5.2.7 c) From: "Equipment operators shall be proficient in conversational Basic English and able to translate directions / instructions from the COR." To: "Contractor Specified Contract Manager shall be proficient in conversational Basic English and able to translate directions / instructions from the COR while Equipment operators are recommended to be proficient in conversational Basic English and able to translate directions / instructions from the COR but not required. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Documents Questions can be sent to MAJ Pandy, Phillip at phillip.d.pandy2.mil@army.mil and SSG Mbawuike, Uchechukwu at uchechukwu.mbawuike.mil@army.mil. Last Date/Time for questions is 06 November 2026 @ 1300 1PM Hawaii Standard Time Zone. All responses must be submitted in PDF format and the Pricing Sheet must be submitted in Excel format via email to MAJ Pandy, Phillip at phillip.d.pandy2.mil@army.mil and SSG Mbawuike, Uchechukwu at uchechukwu.mbawuike.mil@army.mil. All submissions are due to the responsible Contracting Office no later than 20 November 2026 @ 1300 1PM Hawaii Standard Time Zone.
