The shipping container requires MIL-STD-129 labelling. Bulk packaging is authorized provided that adequate dunnage is utilized to prevent inter-unit impact and potential damage. To prevent damage, thread protectors are required on all materials with external threads (e.g. screws or bolts). All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged. If multiple CLINs exist, this applies to each CLIN separately. Do not combine shipments from multiple CLINs. Reference: (a) In-Speck Corporation Quotation number 108785 dated 07 January 2026 1. In response, the request to manufacture the handwheel washers, find #72 on NAVSEA drawing 6404600 Revision B, from material in accordance with QQ-N-281 Revision D Amendment 2, Class A, Form 1, with a Cold Drawn and Stress Relieved finish in lieu of Hot Finished is acceptable for the subject solicitation and subsequent contract only, if awarded.
