Incorporate Site Visit Photographs: Provide site photos and historical WAP layout data for Building 977. Incorporate Department of Labor Wage Determination: Add DOL SCA Wage Determination No. 2015-5253 (Rev 31) for Bexar County, TX, in accordance with FAR 22.1002-1. (Offerors claiming the commercial exemption under FAR 52.222-52 must submit their certification with their quote). Reaffirm Quote Submission Deadline: The closing date and time remain Thursday, 12 November 2026 at 3:00 PM CST, via email to sarah.dietel@us.af.mil and syedah.gordon@us.af.mil. ********************** AMENDMENT 0001 ******************** The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to: Extend the quote response deadline from Friday, 6 November 2026 at 3:00 PM CST to Thursday, 12 November 2026 at 3:00 PM CST. Notify prospective quoters that Government responses to submitted questions and site visit photos will be published under a subsequent amendment (Amendment 0002) no later than Thursday, 5 November 2026. All other terms, conditions, and specifications remain unchanged. 1. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, materials, and labor necessary to provide commercial Wi-Fi service in Building 977. This includes two primary objectives: Re-establishing Commercial Wi-Fi Service: Restoring and providing ongoing monthly commercial Wi-Fi internet service throughout the previously serviced areas of Building 977. First-Floor Extension: Engineering, extending, and installing commercial Wi-Fi coverage to the first floor (C and D wings), including circuit testing, troubleshooting, and conducting a post-installation Heat Map to determine optimal wireless access point placement and signal coverage. All required project documentation, technical layouts, and drawings shall be delivered in accordance with Section 3.9 and applicable Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). 2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance shall consist of a base year (12 months) and four (4) one-year optional renewal periods, for a total potential performance period of five (5) years. Continued Wi-Fi service shall be provided on a monthly recurring basis throughout the active period of performance. 3.
