UPDATED: 30 OCT 2026 - SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 01 The 410th Contract Support Brigade (CSB) � Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Miami hereby issues AMENDED Solicitation No. W91QEX-27-Q-A001 01 for the acquisition of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract action supporting the United States Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) and the USSOUTHCOM Joint Task Force � Western Hemisphere (JTF-WHEM). The Government requires a complete turnkey solution to modernize two (2) operational workspaces with modular ergonomic workstations and supporting office furniture. The resulting contract requires the awardee to provide all project management, design services, pre-installation site surveys, freight and delivery, removal and disposal of existing furniture, assembly, installation, and final acceptance testing. All proposed pricing must be fully inclusive of all freight, labor, materials, and services required to deliver fully operational workspaces. Work is distributed across two (2) primary operational areas with the following targets: � Room 1 � JPG: Propose a room layout to accommodate and furnish at least 35 workstations (planning target: approximately 35). � Room 2 � POD: Propose a room layout to accommodate and furnish at least approximately 35 workstations (planning target: approximately 35). Submissions must demonstrate compliance with all ergonomic, design, and operational specifications outlined in the Statement of work (SOW). NOTE: Please note that the previously issued Sources Sought notice was conducted for market-research and planning purposes only. It was not a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quotation, or commitment by the Government to award a contract. The solicitation is a separate procurement action and is the controlling document for this requirement. Vendors should rely on the solicitation, including all attachments, amendments, and formally issued questions and answers, when preparing a response. Information submitted in response to the Sources Sought does not replace, satisfy, or carry forward as a response to the solicitation. Interested vendors must submit a complete response in accordance with the solicitation�s stated instructions and deadline.
