Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC Number 2026-01, effective date 03/13/2026. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113, with a small business size standard of 800 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515. Objective: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 02 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide FIVE (5) Smart Hospital Stretchers that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics: Smart, versatile hospital stretchers designed for fall prevention, patient comfort, in-stretcher procedures, and clinician support across emergency, perioperative, and transport settings.
