This notice is ammended to upload project Statement of Work file titled: "SOW TUMR 272101 - Replacement of HVAC UNIT BLDG 11.Rev 1.0" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This notice is ammended to reflect correct due date for the receipt of offers time zone to read (AST) and to correct number of HVAC units to be replaced to read "One 10 Ton Unit" This ammendment also uploads ammended SF1449 reflecting extended due date for the receipt of offers to read "Nov 5" No other changes are either expressed or implied. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This notice is ammended to change site visit date from October 28 to October 29, 2026 at 9:00AM EST (local time) and to change the due date for the receipt of offers from November 3 to read November 5, 2006. No other changes are either expressed or implied. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The 156th Wing, at the Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico intends to issue a Request for Quotes conducted under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures for commercial services to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel and any other needed materials and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished items, to supply and install one 10-ton unit to replace existing piece of equipment that has failed . Currently, HVAC unit are inoperable and/or confronting problems to cycle completion due to main compressor leaks. The main purpose of this project is to provide a new unit to reach adequate temperature control in the working areas located at Bldg.11, Mu�iz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico. Work shall be in accordance to instructions and specifications contained in the Statement of Works (SOW) incorporated in this solicitation. Contract completion time is 30 calendar days after receipt of contract to include inspection and punch lists. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend. Although not mandatory, scheduled site visit is critical. We are trying to mitigate potential risks and damages for the government and contractor by showcasing the project level of effort.
