AMENDMENT #7: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to submitted RFIs, change the proposal response date to November 12, 2026, and to change the proposal response due time zone from Pacific Daylight Time to Pacific Standard Time. AMENDMENT #6: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate revisions to Section 00 21 16 02, Section 00 21 16 03, Section 00 21 16 04, provide CMMC Form, and to extend the proposal due date to November 03, 2026. AMENDMENT #5: The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section 00 21 16 04 - Factor 5 - Price, incorporate DFARS Clause 252.225-7961, Restriction on Acquisition of Certain Magnets, Tantalum, and Tungsten, DFARS Clause 252.225-7966, Prohibition Regarding Russian Fossil Fuel Business Operations - Representation (OCT 2026), DFARS Clause 252.225-7967, Prohibition Regarding Russian Fossil Fuel Business Operations (OCT 2026), delete DFARS clause 252.225-7052, Restriction on Acquisition of Certain Magnets, Tantalum, and Tungsten, and provide responses to submitted RFI. AMENDMENT #4: The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the solicitation to all interested offerors. Details of the changes can be found in the amendment. An updated copy of the solicitation is also provided. Previously submitted proposals will not be evaluated/considered. Offerors shall submit a proposal in response the solicitation (as of this amendment). Offerors shall utilize exhibits provided in this amendment. Information provided in previous amendments (1 - 3) should be disregarded.
