Description
The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912PB27RA004 is to: Incorporate and answer industry questions submitted by prospective offerors. Revise the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to reflect updated operational dining facility requirements. Establish and incorporate optional Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0004 as separately priced, for Dining Facility Attendants (DFAs). Revise the description of CLIN 0002 to exclude DFA services. Extend the proposal submission due date from 15 November 2026 to 20 November 2026 at 11:00 PM Central European Time (CET). See the attached SF 30 Continuation Pages for complete details, revised sections, and question-and-answer Attachment 0002. The U.S. Army Regional Contracting Office (RCO), hereby issues a solicitation to award a commercial, single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a Full Food Service in support of the 2nd Cavalry Regiment at USAG Bavaria located in Vilseck, Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start on 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 covering one (1) base year with no option years. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirment is M1FD and the North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310. Please see attached Solicitation and Performance Work Statement.
