Description

This requirement requires all services and supplies necessary to perform the objective, to include programmatic, engineering, and other technical services to maintain current Operation and Maintenance Services for dark fiber. By Light Professional IT Services LLC is the current contractor, and award, via Other Than Full and Open Competition, Sole Source, in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, is intended to be made to By Light by November 30, 2026, in order to prevent a lapse in service, and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements while transition to the follow-on contract, which was competitively awarded, is completed.
