Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, safety equipment, supervision, and specialized machinery necessary to replace approximately 22 one inch bolts at the base of the turntable boom foundation on a BMC Broderson 18 Ton Mobile Crane Model: IC-250-3E See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and a small business size standard of $12.5 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-1 for submission instructions & FAR 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 5:00PM Eastern Time on 11/25/2026 via email to Jamie.C.Bridges@uscg.mil. Quotes shall be submitted via the SF-18. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted. Questions must be submitted no later than 12:00PM EST on 11/23/26. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit can schduled the week of 11/16/26. Interested parties must arrange site visits with Jamie Bridges at Jamie.C.Bridges@uscg.mil and Troy VanCleave at Troy.W.Vancleave@uscg.mil.
