Relevant performance includes performance of multi-discipline efforts involving mill and overlay of airfield paving, airfield concrete work, striping, joint sealing, airfield lighting, and incidental related work that are similar or greater in scope, magnitude, and complexity than the effort described in this solicitation (Airfield Paving). THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A COMPETITIVE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE USING TRADE-OFF PROCEDURES AND THE PROVISINS OF SECTION L & M. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIERS(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVALIABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE.
