Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to 1) State the correct site visit dates. November 4, 2026 and/or November 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT both days. (Only one (1) day is necessary). 2) Distinguish the correct solicitation number is 127EAX27Q0010. 3) Establish starting time frame. The notice to proceed is expected to be issued around May 1, 2027 with a 90 day period of performance. 4) Post correct solicitation version because the initial one posted was the wrong version. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAX27Q0010 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for TAHOE NATIONAL FOREST, Camptonville Housing Decommissioning. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238910. The small business size standard is $19 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. SF-1442: All Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) at time of submission of a quote. Contractors are responsible for following all submission instructions and to ensure delivery of all required documents by the date and time set for receipt of quotes or any Amendment that extends the receipt date.
