NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg is seeking potential sources interested in furnishing effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify all items listed in attachment entitled "NIIN List for Sources Sought" under a five (5) year basic ordering agreement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 6.103-1. Government intends to solicit for the repair of multiple NSNs (see attachment) that support various Weapon Systems. The Government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to manufacture or perform the required repairs of these items. Contractor requires DoD issued security clearances at Confidential level of subject requirements; DoDI Instruction 5200.48 policy and procedures apply. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed basic ordering agreement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending.
