Repair Medium Voltage Electrical Loop - Project WKVB179041 Provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to verify active parts of the 13.8 kV medium voltage electrical loop feeder and connect the existing line to the second feed at the transformer supporting Building 395 at Francis S. Gabreski ANGB, NY in strict accordance with the Statement of Work-SOW. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, 04 NOV 2026, 10:30 AM (EST) and all parties will meet at the Wing Conference Room, Bldg 345, 150 Old Riverhead Rd., Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory. Attendance at the site visit will be limited to no more than two (2) representatives per company. Please submit the names of your attendees and representing company(s) on the Site Visit attachment and email to: edwin.nunez.3@us.af.mil and conor.riley.2@us.af.mil no later than 1030 AM EST, Tuesday, 03 NOV 2026.Requests for Information (RFIs): Submit all RFIs via email to SARA_MARGARET.LUNA.1@US.AF.MIL and ANTHONY.KIRINCIC@US.AF.MIL with subject line RFIs - Solicitation W50S8E27QA001 - no later than 1030 AM EST, Thursday, 05 NOV 2026.Amendment is to update the dates/times.
