This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C78627Q0021 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for turf-care supplies and application services at Salisbury National Cemetery. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 with an effective date of 03/13/2026. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: The (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730. The business size standard in millions of dollars is $9,500,000. PRICE SCHEDULE: See Attachment B. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: See Statement of Work at Attachment A. CONTRACT DATES: The period of performance will be a twelve-month base year and two (2) one-year options, if exercised, from date of award. DELIVERY/ACCEPTANCE LOCATION: Delivery and acceptance locations will be at the Place of Performance addresses listed on page 1 of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. CONTRACT TYPE: The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract for turf application services at Salisbury National Cemetery. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This solicitation and the subsequent award is subject to the availability of funding. PRE-QUOTE SITE VISIT: Quoters are urged and expected to inspect all sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect one or all sites constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
