Description
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform day and night aerial video capture, near-real-time editing, and on-site tactical playback support during Platoon Blank and Live Fire training iterations. Please ensure that the proposal includes the complete specifications for all drones, including their video and imaging capabilities. Additionally, all proposed drones must comply with the requirements and standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please Submission of Quotes: Quotes shall be emailed to Contracting Specialist, CPT Alisher Ismailov at alisher.ismailov.mil@army.mil and Contracting Officer, SSG Jarrett McDonald at jarrett.j.mcdonald.mil@army.mil or jarrett.j.mcdonald1.mil@socom.mil no later than 11 November 2026 12:00 PM EST with subject line "H9242127QE-001 1/75 Game Film. All questions must be submitted no later than 6 November 2026 3:00 PM EST and answers will be posted no later than 8 November 2025 5:00 PM EST. Please see attachments The following attachments H9242127QE001_answered_V1 and Questions_V2. These are the current answers to submitted questions. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of this contract and the standards established within this PWS.
